It's always nice to end on a high note with the last outdoor wedding of the season and this year it was especially nice. Not only were Jeff and Leah a super couple to work with but their willingness to be the first of our weddings at the new venue Baxter Family Farms was really admirable. They had the vision and it turned out beautifully.
Getting married in an Apple Orchard was perfect for them since Jeff's grandfather was an Apple farmer and even provided the metal name plates that became the Apple themed seating assignments. The fall bouquets provided by Suzi's flowers were perfect for the day. The entry table hosted a guitar for the guests to sign and a message about their thank you contribution to the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation.
Of course, there was Apple pie for dessert and the Autumn dinner buffet designed by Feast for a King catering was an ideal meal for an October wedding. The Butternut Squash and wilted greens lasagne was a huge hit! There's no photo of it because it disappeared too quickly!
It was a truly gorgeous autumn wedding and they are off to Italy for a honeymoon. So nice.
