August Wedding at Rancho Soquel!

Celeste & Gavin's August 4th wedding at Rancho Soquel was filled with family, friends and good times!

The bride looked absolutely stunning in her sparkly dress with incredible details in the back! She looked picture perfect walking down the aisle to her groom!

Tarnish and Bloom provided stunning floral displays from the greenery draped over the arch to the colorful blooms adorning the tables!

Buttercup Cake did an amazing job on the beautiful cake, which the kids eagerly anticipated eating, they were first in line! The favors were bottles of homemade wine made by the bride's family!

We enjoyed coordinating this wedding so much and wish these newlyweds a lifetime of love!

A Sweet Pair!

Caitlin & Corey were the perfect pair at their July 28th wedding at Rancho Soquel! They surrounded themselves with an amazing group of family and friends and by the end of the night no one wanted the leave they were having such a good time!

The guest's started the day with a mini photo shoot for the photo guest book. The bride provided cute photo props for the guests to pose using!

The bride looked stunning as she walked down the aisle hand and hand with her mom. The couple said I Do under the beautifully decorated arch, full of lush greenery and flowers provided by Tarnish & Bloom.

The guest's dine on a yummy buffet from Mickey's Catering while Buttercup Cakes provided the sweet treats with their cute mini cupcakes.

The rest of the night was spent dancing and celebrating this amazing couple! We loved working with them on their special day and wish them a lifetime of happiness!

Summer Wedding with a Sweet Ending!

Kathy and Doug's July 21st wedding at Rancho Soquel was filled with summer colors, lots of fun and a happy bride and groom!

The wedding colors were shades of blues and yellows, perfect for a lovely summer day! The bridesmaids looked fresh in their light blue dresses and the bride accessorized her beautiful gown with a yellow sash to match her flower girl's dress!

The newlyweds jammed out on the dance floor and treated their guests to an ice cream sundae bar provided by Sweet Surf Catering.

Everyone had such a fabulous time, especially our wonderful bride and groom! We wish them many more happy times ahead!

Now here's a wedding that you wish you would have been invited to...

From the funny ceremony performed by the best man at Julie's Mom's wedding (no kidding,he was!) to the cookies and ice creme dessert, Julie and Shawn had a wedding that was super fun.

The double door entrance was built by Julie's Dad and the flowers were arranged by one of her bridesmaids (not too DYI since she owns a florist shop :)

Favorite touch was the choice of music....DJ Jeffty handled the mix beautifully as the Groom started down the aisle to "Hot for Teacher" by Van Halen ( yes, Julie is a teacher) and Shawn and his Mom wowed the guests with "Sweet Child of Mine" Guns and Roses for their Mother - Son dance!

Family style dinner from Feast for a King

The ceremonial cutting cake was a favorite family recipe baked the night before by Julie and her Mom. They frosted it, popped the flowers on and it was every bit as lovely as a bakery bought cake. The cake, however, was just a tease for the lavish cookie and ice creme display. Special touches were the wooden spoons engraved with their names for eating the yummy containers of Mariannes ice creme. Swirled caramel, Vanilla and Pomegranate Sorbet!  Chocolate Chip, Macadamia nut chip and Oatmeal raisin cookies to go along side. Truly a hit!

We wish this fabulous and fun couple at the love and happiness in the world!

A Little Tradition and a lot of Love!

Adeoti and Tim were married on June 30th at Rancho Soquel surrounded by loving and wonderful family and friends!

The day was filled with stunning African fashions as the bride's family hails from Nigeria. The bridesmaid's gold dresses were made in Nigeria and featured a pretty pattern underneath. Adeoti's parents looked elegant in their traditional Nigerian outfits.

The bride chose gold as her main color for the wedding adding elegance and a touch of formality to the rustic setting. The sweetheart table was especially pretty, with a rose gold linen and beautiful display of blooms! Even the cake was decorated in edible gold flakes!

The bride was absolutely stunning and despite catching a cold a few days before her wedding, was in excellent spirits all day! The groom was very handsome in his tux and clearly adored his new wife!

The toasts were the highlight of the evening and really proved how much these two families not only love their own member but how much they truly love each other.

The day was filled with a lot of laughter, tears and good times and we wish these newlyweds many more years filled with lots more fun!
