Michele Dolan Busenhart is an accomplished hospitality and event management professional with 20+ years of hospitality and sales experience. She began her career as a flight attendant, working her way around the globe, specializing in customer service and client care. Michele has been with Wedding Connection over the past few years now and has coordinated countless weddings. Her love of helping our clients execute their ideal event, craft menus, fine tune details has led her to making each event special.
When away from the dynamic world of catering and events Michele enjoys spending time with her family.
ALLYSON GRANDE
Allyson is a Santa Cruz local whose roots run deep in all things weddings. For the past 14 years, she has worked in the hospitality industry specializing in weddings and catering in some of the most elite private clubs on the Monterey Peninsula. In fact, her first job was assisting her florist Aunt with centerpieces on the day of the wedding. When she’s not busy planning a wedding or an event, you can find her at the beach with her husband and 2 girls or traveling.

Hi! I am Casey- your event-loving, hard working small business owner! I have been in all aspects of hospitality for over 14 years and have had the pleasure of coordinating weddings since 2017.
Originating from Southern California, studying in France, and having lived in Brooklyn, I have now put my roots down in the coastal redwood paradise of Santa Cruz.
I love working alongside clients to create their dream day and take the stress out of wedding planning Let’s make this experience fun! We can take care of all of the logistics, so you can focus on enjoying yourself with your new life-partner, family, and friends.
In my free time, I like to go camping, ride motorcycles, read a book or go wine tasting. You could say I am bit of tomboy, but I will 100% be that girl who will bustle your train, fasten your boutonniere, wrangle your bridal party or grab you that much-needed glass of bubbles!
Denise Addesso
Denise created the Wedding Connection over 35 years ago in Santa Cruz, CA. She grew the company from the ground up and is still active in the team, taking on specific events and participating in the future planning of the business. Her deep knowledge of event planning and management has been passed down through the company.
In her free time, Denise enjoys traveling with her husband, walking the beaches of Santa Cruz and Hawaii, and spending time with her children and cats.
